Judy says:

"I have always been interested in nature and had a fascination with rivers and wetlands, especially chalk streams. I have been lucky enough to be employed as a “professional paddler”  doing something others do as a hobby. One of the main interests has always been species-habitat interactions leading to a focus on the monitoring and appraisal of river restoration activity. Within this talk I will describe the way that restoration activity has developed over the years, how my work has changed and ending with some exciting new developments."
