This course is ideal for those wishing to understand more about the parasites and diseases of freshwater fish. It will include general principles of parasitology, fish physiology with some practical dissection and microscope work.The tutor for this course, Roger Sweeting, has spent many years studying fish health and has a particular interest in fish parasitology, which ensures course goers will receive fantastic instruction. 

Some knowledge of fish biology is recommended prior to taking this course, but it is by no means required.
