Strategy and Governance

Our Growth Strategy (2022-2029)

The purpose of our Growth Strategy is to deliver organisational sustainability by developing a programme of innovative and high impact science, engagement and advocacy initiatives backed up with sound business mechanics and governance.

FBA’s Growth Plan articulates the long-term goals of the Association so that our people and stakeholders have a clear understanding of where and how shorter mid-term objectives and targets fit in.
