FBA partners with Institute of Environmental Sciences to develop training programme

Request for Expressions of Interest: Freshwater Biology and Ecology Handbook – Contract Opportunity

FBA has entered into partnership with The Institute of Environmental Sciences to develop a modularised training programme based on the new Biology and Ecology Handbook.   We are seeking expressions of interest for a small contract led by FBA to develop pilot training material and scope the potential for further training based on the book that John Murray-Bligh and Martin Griffiths published recently – see news item in IES’ website  https://www.the-ies.org/news/call-eoi-freshwater-biology

This opportunity may be suitable for an early career scientist / practitioner seeking more experience to enter academic lecturing or teaching post, a academic with relevant teaching / training background or an external contractor.

Questions and queries on the EOI should be directed to Simon Johnson at FBA sjohnson@fba.org.uk

The deadline for submissions is the 24th March at 11:55pm
