29 October, 2024

The Limnological Society in Türkiye and the European Federation for Freshwater Sciences (EFFS) are pleased to announce that the 14th Symposium for European Freshwater Sciences (SEFS14) will be held in Bolu, Türkiye, 21-25 July, 2025.

14th Symposium for European Freshwater Sciences

We would like to invite you to what promises to be an exciting programme of plenary talks, parallel and special sessions as well as poster sessions. SEFS14 will also offer some interesting excursions to explore fresh waters in Turkey.

Freshwater ecosystems worldwide are under increasing pressures from human activities including climate change stressors and now more than ever there is an urgent need to accelerate research to find solutions.

SEFS14 provides the platform to share and pool our research findings and foster collaboration. SEFS14 will also support early career researchers with tailored training and workshop opportunities organised in collaboration with the early career (EFYR) group of EFFS

Online registration is now open with early bird prices, and it is available on the SEFS14 website (https://www.sefs14.com/).
